Free Issue Conditions Registry entry
Specifies a condition that must be satisfied in order for a certificate to be issued free of charge.
Note: Only for use by the Trinidad & Tobago Registrar General's Department.
The Government in Trinidad declared that all citizens were entitled to one free copy of their Birth certificate. This entry has been made generic so that it can apply to any number of products rather than just the Birth certificate. It is used to define conditions that must be satisfied in order for a person to receive a certificate free of charge.

where:
prodcode | is the code for the product to be issued free of charge. |
column | can be any column name. |
condition | is the condition that is applied to column to determine whether or not a certificate should be free. As columns can be of different data types the condition value can take different formats. For date fields it is specified as:
a numeric value followed by days (D), months (M) or years(Y). If either D, M or Y is not specified, the default is Y. This means that the certificate is issued to anyone who is born after the present date minus the condition length. For example, if |
